By accessing or using the Cortex AI platform ("Service"), operated by DSEV Holdings LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Cortex AI provides AI-powered business automation tools including but not limited to content creation, strategic analysis, document generation, and business intelligence through conversational AI agents.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI systems; (d) share access credentials with unauthorized parties; (e) use outputs for activities that could cause harm to individuals or organizations.
Content generated by the Service is provided "as-is" for informational and productivity purposes. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any AI-generated content before use. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs for any specific purpose.
You retain ownership of content you provide to the Service. Content generated by the AI on your behalf is licensed to you for your business use. The Service platform, technology, and underlying systems remain the property of DSEV Holdings LLC.
Subscription fees are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
All new subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of first payment. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial charge by contacting us at support@cortexdev.ai. After the 7-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled at any time to prevent future charges.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You consent to the processing of data you provide through the Service, including conversation history, uploaded files, and business information.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DSEV HOLDINGS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
THE SERVICE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL LEGAL, FINANCIAL, MEDICAL, OR OTHER EXPERT ADVICE. You should not rely solely on AI-generated outputs for critical business decisions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DSEV Holdings LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted upon request.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
